I want to put some new wheels on my vette. I was thinking weld prostars and i want some big wheels in back with skinnies in the front. What backspacing and wheel sizes would you guys suggest. I was thinking 15x10 in the back and or 14x5 for the front. Btw bolt pattern is 5x4.75 right?

Also with the wheels i put on what size tires would you guys suggest. Im hoping someone has some prior experience with what you can fit on our vettes.

It sounds like you are doing the drag car look. If so there is only one answer as far as I'm concerned, CENTERLINE DRAG wheels. Rears, if you have the fender flares for it, 15X10s. The fronts are harder to choice, it all depends on the tire size. All out drag, 15X3; if street strip then a something like a 15X6.

The Centerlines Drags look good and are so lite you can't believe it. I have 15x10s all the way around on mine and I can tell you that the tires wiegh almost more than the wheels. I had the standard Centerlines on my other vette and these drag wheel are half the wieght.

IMHO, Both make a GREAT RACING WHEELS,Please dont confuse racing wheels with D.O.T. legal wheels. Radial tires put a HUGE load on the wheels.A lot of these wheels ARE street legal!! But NOT ALL!!! If your going for LOOKS,15x5 on front 15x8 on rear would be my choice!!!! (unless you have wheel-well mods):Roll :Roll :Roll :Steer
