I have no wiper related function at all...
No wipers at any speed, no washers, NOTHING works at all.
The other functions of the multifunction switch work (cruise), so I am not certain it is bad.
I just replaced the wiper motor cover because the old one was cracked, There was no change in it at all.
What else would cause me it to stop all the functions I am referring to?

Check to see if you have power at the motor. If you have power at the motor, then the problem is with the motor itself. If not, the problem is between the motor connection and the switch. Don't count the switch out because the other functions work, it could be the problem. I'm sure that some of the resident electrical wizards will check in to help.

Thanks for the response, do you have an quick down and dirty on the best way to check for power at the motor?

There is an electronic circuit board attached to the wiper motor cover. Maybe the cover is not seated correctly or the connector is misaligned? Were the wipers working before you replaced the cover??? If so try putting the old cover back & see if that works?

You might also trace the power wire to the motor. Use a volt ohm meter, set to the low DC voltage range. Insert the red wire into the wire and the black to ground, and have an assistant turn on the wipers. You should get power indicated in the vicinity of 12 volts, if not you then could go inside and repeat at a point just coming out of the steering column. (see if the bulkhead connector is bad). That way you see where you have power. You may also check something that could easily be overlooked, how about the fuse, but then ask "what caused it to short out? "
On checking out the circuit board as the previous reply indicated. Take an eraser (Pink Pearl or Ruby Red work best) to "clean" the contacts. When you're done clean them off with a shot of compressed gas/air like from a can that can be gotten at an office supply or computer store. You also want to clean any crud off the "female" side of the circuit board connector with a blast of air and vacuum cleaner at the same time, to keep more crud from going down in and causing a "short" in the motor.

The wipers have not worked since I got the car, I recently found that the cover was cracked so I assumed that a new one would fix the problem, guess I was wrong there...

I am gong to start tracing the wiring this weekend and since I know the fuse is good since I think I checked it 3 times.. LOL
All of the contacts look good on the connections I am thinking about getting a new multi fnction switch and just plug it in and see if it works.
Could a bad motor stop everything from working? Even the washers?
