76 L-48 brakes are less than a year old, good calipers, good rotors, when the car is rolling slow, I get a screech from one of the calipers each time the wheel rolls over. Just had all wheels off cannot find anything that will tell me which one is making the noise. there is no damage that I can find, just this annoying screech. As soon as I touch the brake pedal it stops. any ideas? Brakes have less that 3000 miles. Tks Donald

Donald... try the left rear. Could be a noisy parking brake shoe. It's a constant problem on my '81. I'll air hose it out and tweek the adjust it from time to time to get it to quiet down.

Hope this helps.............. Nut

Thanks Nut, will try it in the A.M. I do not use the parking brake..... I'm sure it could use some attention. Donald NCRS #39420

The left-rear brake on mine does the same thing...I tried turning the rotor on a lathe and nothing works. I suspect that the rotor is warped, but I had not had the chance to replace it with a new one.
