Me and the Sweetie ran up to Murphreesboro at a high rate of speed to get somewhere with not enough time. We just took the V1 and hoped for the best as we gave her a lot of rein.

On the way back, we took some backroads down south to home and did we ever let the ZO6 breath!! The backway out of Lynchburn is one of our favorite runs but OMG did it get run hard today. The B&B Bullets sounded out and the run was simply awesome. Several full throttle straights and twisties in just the right places. All of course away from traffic. We didn't break any laws as this is all fiction of course.....:L

This was all fiction of couse! LOL

You forgot to stop at the Jack Daniel's distillery to fuel up!!!!!!

Hey Roadfrog, you must live in God's country, mid south Tennessee. Some great roads over there, near Fayetteville, Winchester, etal. I used to drive them when I lived in Nashville. I'm now over in east TN. Do I correctly understand that Lynchburg is no longer dry, that they allow alcohol sales? I can recall taking the tour of the Jack Daniel plant many times and breathing very deeply when near the vats! LOL!!!

No. Lynchburg is still totally dry. We buzz up there from time to time to eat at The Heritage House... a great restaurant on the square. The back way home is a blast to run hard.

Yes, I live 60 miles from Lynchburg across the border to the south. You're right...there are some awesome roads around here for a ZO6. The scenery here is just too much to believe sometimes too. I love it here.

You're right slong. By the time I got home last Sunday, it was really running great! She likes to breath!

Nothing like a good run in the Z RF.

Something funny about that. I idle around town and the Z seams to be running a tiny bit rough. Take it out for a re-ring LOL, and it purrs like a kitten.

I've been told the car's ECU is a "learning computer" and changes according to how the car is driven. I wouldn't know otherwise if someone is BSing me on this but it does run better after an afternoon of hard running. THAT is a FACT!! :beer
