I received my registration for Cruise Fest this evening and my number was 38. I expected to be at least somewhere in the fifties.

Am I reading this wrong? We are coming up on a month out from the Cruise Fest and I would have expected a larger number to have registred by now!

What is every one waiting for?

40 now. Looking over the list of cars that are coming there is only 1 chrome bumper Shark. Unbelievable! there are 3 '63s so far and they are coming from a good distance. With this organization being so heavy in C3's I find this amazing. This is going to be one of the best Corvette events of the year irregardless of the size. If you miss this one you will be missing a great time with the people you talk to on line and you don't have to spend 10 hours a day walking and looking at parts. Just relax and enjoy or go on one of the tours. This banquet in the ACD Museum will not be topped as far as the venue and people goes by any other this year. There willl only be one first national CAC meet.

Hey Dog,

Looks like I'll be going alone. JB has some work related stuff going on and since he's the boss he can't get away.

Man thats a long haul to make buy myself. I know its not as long as you guys, but this makes for a long boring trip alone.

Looks like I am the only one south of Kentucky going at this point. That sucks big time!!

There is someone registered from BG. You want their email?

Hey Bud,

Notice any trends in your list?

I think I saw a post from someone coming from Alabama , but your right , the deep south is poorly represented so far . There's still time , North Georgia ! Cliff

This party is gonna rock...

i think i see about 15 states represented so far.....get off the fence people.....
This is going to be the one cruise that is talked about for along time....blender-fest is more like it!

Remember just how good the FIRST time was????:_rock
This is going to be one big party ....chock full of the fine info and stories that you would expect from this group of people.....look at some of the threads, they are killing themselfs to be sure this is an event to remember....C6....nuff said!
There is only one first....dont miss it....im not.

I hope everyone knows "THERE WILL BE A C6 CORVETTE at AUBURN!!!"

Bud,

According to your tracking thread there is still less than 45 registrations and from the looks of things I am the only person coming to the Fest from a state below Kentucky.

This is going to be a long boring trip for me if I am the only one coming from the south.

I know that you and the Dog and Gerry have the longest trip to make but at least you have someone to lead or follow which ever the case may be.

Come on, there has to be someone from down here going that I could hook up with......right?

Out of 10,000 members surely more of us than 43 are going to make this trip!!

49 registrations now that account for about 80 members. I'm still stumped at why we can't attract anyone from the south. California, Arizona and New Mexico are represented and that is a lot farther to drive.

Tom,

Looks like I am the only one from the South coming. Maybe its a distance thing, I just know its going to be a long lonely drive for me.

I would bring along a brother but its hard for them to get off from work for that long. Me, its no problem being the boss and all. Wife is to pregnant to make that long of a drive. I don't know, if no one else from around here is going I may back out. Just have to wait and see.
