opinions on chrome wheel cones and spinner

As always, before I make any decision on changing something on my 81,I like to consult the forum.

I was contemplating putting on a set (4) of the chrome wheel cones with the crossflags cap (they cover the lug nuts), and possibly using them in conjunction with the optional straight spinners. or alone.

Most of the jobbers have them, but Ecklers seemed to have the best price,on these at least,and the pics of the alloy wheels with both cones,and cones with spinners,looked pretty good.

Anyone have these,and/or what are your opinions on going this route.

I Like the spinners. Thought about those myself. I'm not too crazy about the cones, but thats just me .

I have the cones with the swept fin spinners on mine. I did not put any emblems on the spinners. I like the overall chrome look. I need to update the picture on the left as it was taken before I got these.

Spinners are cool if you're going with the era of when our vettes where first touring the race circuits.:cool
