Painting seats black..

Sorry for all the questions but untill I get this electical problem sorted out I am going to paint everything. What process do I need to go through to paint/dye the seats and can I buy the supplies in town? Also what do I need to soak other plastic parts in before I paint them? Thanks

hmm is there dye cheaper then this and do I have to get all the old dye off? If so how?

Mid america has dies and plastic preps, etc. but they don't recommend doing the seats with it. It was aboaut $14 for each spray can if memory serves me.

All mid america has is plastik coat which is great but not for seats, Zips does have dye but I have never used this before.
