Parts 1969 427 4 spd car being parted, also '63 and other year parts

I have complete '69 convertible w/ soft and hard tops in pieces, Many new parts. 427 completely rebuilt fresh with 11k in reciepts professionally built. Also another '68-9 427 block, crank, rods & heads. Perfect 4spd frame, been sandblasted & painted etc...

The 68-9 427 Block, so is that sept 68?

Having a late 68 would that maybe be a logical replacement motor if someone bought a car new and blew it up right away? or would GM have used some other block CE? or something?

The Block has a vin stamped on the pad which says it is a '69. the casting number on the back says that casting was used 68 and 69. the bilt 427 is a 69 & up casting. Both were in cars at one point.
