Pcm codes 0106 and 0300

I need some help---My 2003 z06 instantly started running rough and I had to have it towed home. I retrieved the codes and they are PCM code 0106--manifold absolute pressure perf. and PCM 0300 which is random misfire. It seems to have a vacuum leak. I have looked at the PCV and it's ok--also capped off the vacuum line going to the air conditioning but that didn't help. I need some help to find the problem---Thanks in advance

The "MIL" referred to in the text is the check engine light. HTH!

Thanks for the code procedures---Has anyone had these codes and what was wrong? Just looking for a common place for vacuum leaks that might save a lot of time. ;help

Thanks for responding---No, I haven't had any work done on the car. It's not driven often---It was running perfect one minute and the next started running rough.
