I know these are discontinued, but where can I get some without paying a premium?
Coming from an NCRS standpoint...does this even matter? Could I go with the newer PF-454? (I think) filter...? And get the same points?

You can buy reproduction PF 25s from places like Paragon etc. They are painted white like the originals. Point deductions for the repos are usually minimal--like 1 point. For the PF 454 they would probably be higher.
