My question was regarding your failed module I have the same setup I called the company and they suggested that I have the wrong kit for my application and told me to check the coil for a number I think he said anything over a 1.3 anything under would need that resistor what module did you replace yours with?

I replaced mine with the standard one that came with the Pertronix distributor. I didn't install the ballest resistor because Pertronix said it really wasn't necessary--I'll give them one more chance...
