Hello again, everyone. I joined your group on September 18, 2003 and I want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who responded to my post with such warm welcomes. To refresh your memories, I am the one with the two Corvettes...the 1996 Collector Edition 6-speed LT-4 with the Vortech/Carroll Supercharging system and the Custom 1975 Stingray with the 427 cid Stroker Motor with 125 hp N2O syst.) and every factory option including 1980-'82 door panels with PDL and P/W and Tilt-Tele column and 1980-'82 black cloth seats, interior and rear bumper. I have attached photo's per many requests. Thanks again. I hope that you all enjoy your Corvettes as much as I enjoy mine! They are both totally different; both extremely fast; both ride really nice due to upgrades, etc. I am pretty much "done" doing mods, etc...except for possibly putting some kind of flares onto the wheelwells of the '75. I like flares, as you will see in the picture of my 1996 C-4. All body mods are on with double-sided tape and silicone; no holes drilled in cars...so if I had to, I could return the car to stock in a couple of days. It would be sacriledge to do it any other way in my opinion. I wish everyone a great day!
Rich Palais...I will show a pix of the '75 here...and the '96 in another post (It will let me show only 1 px per post).

Thanks!

Hello...Thanks for the compliment...I appreciate it....My wife and I picked the color together...we bought the car at the Corvette Shop In Tampa, FL. It was a "custom order" in that this dealereship rebuilds any year Vette that has been in a collission (and is restorable) and does an EXCELLENT job. They will install just abt any and all factory options in the process...so, we went ahead and "ordered" the car with a new paint job and the '80-'82 seats, door panels with P/W and P/DL and the later model tilt and tele column; but all of the correct "flag" insignias for that year are on the car (an in the colum horn button, etc) in addition to 427 numbers, because the car now has a 427 cid small block stroker motor. It is awesome and dyno's at 571 hp at 5700 rpm and 591 ft. lb of TQ at 4700 rpm. Perfect numbers...then I have a 125 hp Nitrous system on it as well. So, there are not may cars that will take me on the street. Incidentally, congrats. on your '96 LT-4 conversion...I also have a '96 Collector Ed. LT-4 6-speed from the factory with a Vortech/Carroll blower. As good as the LT-1 is (and it IS a good motor), the LT-4 is just a bit better with all the goodies that you would ever want in there. So enjoy and thanks again!
