Yeah I know a strange request. I bought a long style L-88 hood for my 82 corvette and would like to see how the 1984 underhood ducting is for fresh air. I basically want to somehow adapt my 1984 aircleaner to seal up to this L-88 hood and draw air from the base of the windshield.

The lighting wasn't very good, but hopefully this will tell you what you want to know. If you want a little better picture let me know and I'll try to get one with some better lighting.

'84 Hood

Topless, where in Southern California are you? This is a big place, but it's amazing when things work out. We may be neighbors, and I've got the '84 you'd like to see. I'm in Orange County.

The internal ductwork in the '84 hood carries cool air from in front of the radiator to the air filter intake ports.

Thanks, thats what I was looking for! can you get close ups of each air inlet where it seals to the air cleaner itself? Obviously I mine is going to be routed differently so the whole pictured setup isn't needed.

I live near riverside/san bernadino area.
