Just FYI, Hijinx is getting out of the Corvette hobby :cry He bought a 57 Chevy to play with. At least he stayed with Chevrolets.

Hey guys, my ghost is still around, and I still have my '73. Not trying too hard to sell it, but I am trying as far as the wife knows.

Howard, the fuel problem ended up being my brand new Speed Demon draining down into the cylinders. I replaced it with a Road Demon and I dont have that and a few other problems any more. Q-Jets will do the same thing, if you are having a similar problem.

Michel, how have you been? Your Vette coming along well? I have been spending way to much money and time on the '57. Jill will probably kick me, the Vette and the '57 out soon. May be getting a phantom flame job done on the '57 by a local guy. If you, or anyone you know needs paint work, I know THE guy to see. I really cant afford it, but I am getting too good a deal to pass up.

I must have missed you in passing that day, or you can bet I would have waved. I am headed out of town tomorrow and am not happy that I am missing about 3 car shows! Its a family deal and I would rather be here attending a show. However, it will be HOT! I drove the '57 to work today to do a lunch cruise with a few guys here at the office. Man, I love that car on hot days as long as I am moving. Sitting at lights can be difficult.

Talked to the painter today. I am definately doing the paint deal on the '57. Too good to pass up. It will strap me, but its 50 to 70% less than it would normally cost. Make me up a bed, Jill will be kicking me out of the house!:eek

Had the Vette out a couple of weeks ago. Man, if I sell her I am so going to miss the speed and sound. The '57 sounds good, but doesnt get the blood boiling like the Vette does.
