The PKE remote stopped working. The battery was dead so we replaced the battery (Eveready). It still didn't work so we tried reprogramming it (Trip odo twice, fuel info hold, etc.). We bought a different battery (Sanyo) and tried reprogramming it again but still didn't work. We bought another PKE remote and it worked perfectly after programming it.
What might be the problem with the original remote? We would like to fix it and use it with the second set of keys. Thanks.:confused
