Question: plastic lock mechanism cover in door

Does anyone by chance have a picture of the plastic cover that fits over the lock mechanism. I've removed both of mine while replacing window regulators and now I can't remember how they go back in...doh

Also, do the door panels have to come off to install new door weatherstripping? My door panels are off now and and I know I need new weatherstripping, should I do that before putting the panels back on, or can this be done with the door panels on the car?
