Here's a better shot of my CE with Borla quads...:D

2 questions:

Is an x pipe required when installing an aftermarket exhaust?

Will an aftermarket system affect the GMPP warranty?

X-Pipe. Not at all. Hoever, depending on the exhaust you can a some or more what we call 'Poping noise'. The X-pipe in some cases help or remove them.

Warranty. I do not know.

Do you have other pics of your Vette? Looks awesome!

SAVE THE WAVE! :w

B&B exhaust that was already installed on my Corvette when I bought it. I've listened to the different exhausts on their website and I believe it may be the Route 66 system.

Side note: I came across this photo while looking for another and figured I'd post it here. It was taken a little over a year ago on the coast... Sad to say nearly everything in the photo in front of my car is gone now. :cry

They came on the car - Owner didn't give me much of a paper trail on it.

LOVE EM!
Has the Borla "drone" at 60mph, but how often are you doing 60mph?

Nice mellow tone at cruising speed and then growls when ya get on it.
Imagine headers and an Xpipe would open em up even more but thats $$$ I can't spare right now.

4" chrome tips were a bit "rice" to me at first but the reactions they draw have made me grow to like them.
