power effects in Md? anyone?

I wonder if anyone on the forum has an LT1 C4 with the pe exhaust on i? I would
like to hitch a ride and hear that first hand. I want to hear first hand what the resonance
is like with exhaust closed.

thats the side pipe kit right?

i've seen only 1 C4 with'em here in MD i was in my vette going to school and turned off 295 onto 32 going to school and seen a blue one. it did sound pretty good. real throaty. if you find one and like it and get them i'd like to see it! ( now that sentence is not grammerly correct )

They make side pipes, but I'm actually after there straight back
cat-back system. It is adjustable. Has dual exhaust tips and
these are oval--black anodized coating.

Was in Scranton, PA, this weekend for a wedding. Standing in front of the church - heard this ROAR. Looked up and a white 88-ish Vette with Side Effects cruised by. They were LOUD. Tried to get my wife's attention but she was talking with some relative of the groom. We have to work on those priorities .

If the PE's are even close to as loud as these SE's were, they're too much for me. This was at about 30-35 MPH.

The side effects are always open right? I would spend
quite a bit of time with the system closed, only use the full
effect for racing--unless I really liked the sound full open!

--Only matters to me what it sounds like inside the car. Outside is everyone else's pleasure!

No, the SE's have the same adjustable module as the PE's. Just located in a different place. BTW - I *finally* got, in the mail, all the literature i requested from them back in AUGUST! I'll try to remember to bring it to the track.
