Hi
I have purchased power windows for my 59 Vette but not sure how the power cable opperate in the door jam.
There is an oval indent on the cars door jam which makes me believe thats where the conjute goes through .
Has anyone got any pics for me to refere to it would mean a great deal to me .

Thanks from down under

I do not have an pics, but you are correct that the oval depressions are where you cut out to clear the conduits .

Thankyou but the hole has a small edge that dips in is the hole cut out to the inner edge of the dip or the outer edge so no more dip is seen and is there no trim fitted to finnish it off?

Manny Thanks Jose

Jose-

My 58 has power windows. I got a picture of the door between the hinges (door is off the car), but I'm having computer problems and can't post just yet. Give me til tomorrow and I'll get the picture up.

Dang computers! Now I can't upload anything to my website! That means I can't post a picture here, but if you're still in need, give me your e-mail address and I'll send the picture that way.

Hi
My email is jose.morant@unisa.edu.au thanks for that and the car looks great , hopefully mine will look like that one day . I am thinking of the Crown Saphire for the colour and a Turquoise interior but am a little worried about the interior colour.
Have seen lots of pictures but none in real life and am a bit concerned when outlaying so much money on a complete interior to maybe not fancy it.

thanks again Jose

I just sent it.

I love the Saphires and Turquoises on these C1s! But I can't speak to whether the combos with the interior looks good or not.

There's an 8-page spread in this Corvettes of Bloomington Gold book on a Turquoise '58. The color is spectacular. The car had a charcoal interior, though, that's no help to you.
