Problem with a/c mode selector

The problem I'm experiencing is that when I have my a/c on, it blows out
of all the vents. I can select a mode like panel, dash or floor...but it makes
no difference! The will still come out all three areas making the volume weak.
Everything else seems to be working fine. No codes on the HVAC. All I need
is to be able to direct the air where I want it! Thanks in advance

Hi midnightc5 -

Check under the battery tray for a broken or disconnected vacuum line -

This pictures shows a 98 C5 with the tray removed - and the bad vac line indicated - same problem you describe.
