Dance Treat

The father of the girl I was taking to the Prom had a Corvette in his garage. Fortunately for me he trusted us very much and offered (yes offered, we didn't even ask). His daughter didn't really care what car we went in, but boy was it a treat for me :D. And I wonder why I wanted a Corvette so badly after that. (On a side note we had been together for a full year by that point)

However, do enjoy your ride with you daughter to the dance WannaVette. It will be a memory neither of you will forget for a long time I'm sure. Tonight is made for you two.

Great ! just don't forget the camera pictures pictures pictures. Shortly after I got my vette last summer all four grandkids needed a ride. It was even important to the 4 yr old girl. Who would have thought. :)

I have a 3 yr old daughter and am looking forward to the first Daddy Daughter dance!!! Enjoy it!!!! I cant wait for mine!!!

That is very cool.

I drove the vette one day when I picked up my 6 year old from daycare last week. First time I'd picked him up in it. When he came out, he had a grin a mile wide on his face. And he rolled the window up and down all the way home :L

This is true, I know the proceedure well. :) I am just not at the financial state to beable to care for them at the full potential. I also am not ready for the level or responsibility either. So I plan on waiting a few years.

In the mean time... If you would like to help aid the cause you can purchase your corvette parts and accessories from me.:upthumbs

I picked my 10 year old daughter up from school yesterday. When we got home, she asked if she could take the Vette to College. She said she would take care of it and wash it every day! :L

I understand you feeling you should wait. But don't wait to long. Even though I wasn't in very good financial shape at the time , we had our first when I was 25. Over the yrs I have been glad we didn't wait any longer. If you wait till you think you can afford kids , you will never have any. Responsibility,,, that just shows up with the child. Just be sure to have a SUV before hand so you won't think you have to lose a vette. :D

The best part about grandkids, you drop them off at the parents when you have had enough.;LOL

As A surprise to all the Dads last night they had made A video of all the kids to tell why they loved their Dads.My daughters reply"I love my Dad because he takes me on car rides":cry Priceless
