PO132 = O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

PO152 = 02 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

I assume by this that I need to replace two different 02 Sensors. Is that the case, or are these codes related to only one sensor? I'm guessin' two.
Where are these sensors located? (left/right-front/rear of engine)
When purchasing 02 Sensors, are the four (or is it three) on my car the same?

Anyone w/ some experience w/ this, pls. respond.

Thx,
Jeff

Those sensors are the front ones on each side.

The O2 sensors on the LT4 RARELY go out.

This is what I would do.

Clear the trouble codes from the PCM.

Drive the car on the x-way or somewhere you can rev up to redline in each gear. Give it a good ride, maybe about thirty minutes.

If the codes do not set again, you have just repaired your O2 sensors! :D

If they do set, pm me and I will send you the appropriate diagnostic pages out of the service manual. Which I happen to have in my possession, since about 1996! :L

Good Luck and let me know how it goes!

Will do!

I think they are toast, at least one anyway. I sent my PCM away for a re-tune (just got it back a week ago) and the car war throwin' a PO132 before that and it's still there. The PO152 is new. I just pulled these codes last night and then cleared it and as of yet no SES, BUT it'll be back. Murphys Law! :L

I haven't had a chance to really run her through the gears since last night so I'll see if that helps today. :lou

I'm guessin' that I'm gonna need to replace one if not both, so you can expect to be hearin' from me on those "diagnostic pages". If the code was there before the re-tune and is still there now, (trust me , I've definitely run her through the gears since re-tune - been up to 6800 & no rev limiter kick in yet - she's runnin' scary good!) I assume one or both will need replacing.

Thx for the quick response Lt4man :D,
Jeff :w

I sent you all the info. Just enough for you to get into trouble. :L

Let me know if I can be of any more assistance.

THX! :D

You gotta love this site and, more importantly, it's members! :grouphug:

UPDATE: Had the car hooked up to a diagnostic machine (free of charge - which is always nice) and the 02's are working properly, so the problem/s lie deeper within. Thx to Lt4man I have the diagnostic info needed to begin to troubleshot.
