My B-day is coming up Im turning 22 and I was wondering what I should ask for. I already have Blackwing coldair intake, flowmaster exhaust, and a jet satge 2 performance chip. I was wondering what next? Maybe mass airflow censor and x-pipe system. Any advice or suggestions?:confused

You cannot go wrong with an X-pipe! They really DO work! And what a sweet sound after installation. :upthumbs

SAVE THE :w

good because I just ordered a Corsa x-pipe nothing but the best for my baby ;)

Might also want to look into headers if you plan on a X-pipe, because i believe the X-pipe requires some welding to install? Better get the whole system because its useless to get better tubes if your headers can't match the volume the rest of the system is capable of.

No x pipe doesn't require any welding its a direct bolt on to any muffler system headers eventually but not right now.

The C5 system is very eficient and the X-pipe will only change the note of the exhoust. The HP gain will be nil, if you go with long tubes, hi flow cats, x-pipe and good cat backs you will be able to measure significant HP gain. You should get it tuned at this point to maximize the performance. Vararam would probably give the best performance gain for the buck. Second choice would be a good tune, this alone will yield best seat of the pants as well as measurable gain in performance. Sounds like you got bitten by the mod-bug as the rest of us, good luck modifying your Vette. Zig.
