now that you have had the bedliner material installed for a little while, are you happy with its performance? Lonnie is to the point of flipping the body and coating the underside with the Rhino liner, but the guys at Finishmaster keep advising against it - they say it is "too hard" for this application.

Lonnie still wants to use it, but wanted to check with you first in case you have run into any problems....

Thanks!!

Lauren...

I am sooooooo sorry I did not see this earlier.

If I am slow to respond, shoot me an email at

Back to the question. I am very satisfied.

I did not use rhino brand. In fact, I can't remember the brand name, but it was an Urothane based material. I used an epoxy based style under the carpet. As far as I know, it is fine.

Just make sure ALL the grease and oil is off, or as much as possible, and rough it up with a grinder, scotch brite, etc. for good adhesion.

Thanks Chris!

I will give Lonnie the info. I'm so excited he is finally to the point of putting everything back together. I'd love to have it on the road for Octobervette, but that's probably pushing things!

Thanks again-
Lauren
