Question regarding 4+3 rebuilds

It's a little after the fact, given that I've bought the rebuild kit, but I figured I might as well ask some questions... Some are fairly obvious, some may not be.

1. The 4-part is a Super T-10, right, not a regular T-10?

2. Does the transmission have a 1" pin? I ask because the parts kit I bought says it's for this.

3. How hard is it actually to replace the synchros?

I haven't noticed much, if anything, from David F. lately Rich; he'd know all about rebuilding them. However, I do know the transmission (four speed) is a Super T-10, formerly Borg-Warner owned before Nash.
