I have a 1992 standard coupe with an LT1 motor, all stock. Any ideas on what would cuase a hesitation in throttle response at low rpms? I have replaced the TPS already, as well as cleaned the idle air control valve/motor. The hesitation does not become noticeable until the engine reaches standard operating temp. This is my first Corvette and other than the hesitation and tracking down new amplifiers for the Bose stereo system, it is a great car! Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

It IS a great car, isn't it?
Well Worth all the aggrevation that it will bring!:L

The hesitation issue is pretty common. Its usually fuel related, filter, pump pressure or intank strainer. Sometimes a dirty ignition system will also cause this, old plugs, dirty connections etc.

Thanks for the information boomdriver, I had a hunch it might be something with the fuel system. The previous owner let the car sit alot which is no way to treat one of these machines! Thanks again forthe help.:)
