Hello,

Looks like I'm going to have to replace the water pump on my 95.
Does anyone who has done this have any advice on who's pump to use, prices, etc. Also any advice on actually installing it? .... things to watch out for, torque values, etc. Also, the torque value on the thermostat housing bolts. I figured the smartest thing to do before I start was to
talk to someone who has already done it. :w

Thanks for your time,

Greg

I used a Delco pump. It came with the thermostat and housing. I like using OEM pumps, they seem to last longer. If you want the torque specs, I can e mail to you from work if you want. The job itself isn't bad. Before you start, check your hoses.

Given a choice, use an OE pump. Just check prices with others first!!!! I have found that using OE parts has saved me money in the long run!!!! Not sure on the torque spec. should be able to get it from any manual. :D
