does anyone see a reason why I can't use fuel line to replace the radiator overflow line? What is the difference between a cooling hose and that used for fuel. Thanks Jack

No reason why not!! Fuel line hose is made to withstand the extra pressure found in fuel injection fuel systems and the inside is made to withstand the effects of gasoline on the hose.

Thats what I was thinking. I may want to replace the whole over flow and bleed line assembly with braided stainless covered lines. Perhaps do some rerouting as well.

Not too much of a difference. One withstands anti-freeze. The other withstands fuel.

I say: Knock your socks off!
