Help! Radio Code Reset

Hi,
I have a 1999 vette which was setting for five years.I replaced the battery and the radio does not work.I do not have the radio code.How do i find out what it is.

Not sure that anyone has verified this procedure, so you may end up being the first. But posting #25 of this thread ostensibly details the way to unlock the radio without knowing the set code.
