Radio Controls ...????

I have a 2000 C5 (yellow) which I just purchased about four weeks ago .... my question is that by the radio on/off knob there is what looks like a small LED light ..... can any one inform me as to what this little light is for ....?????

HI there,
This light, when flashing, indicates that the 'Theftlock' security is on.
This means that if the radio is removed, it will lock up, and not be usable in another vehicle.

You can set the code yourself by following the instructions in the owners manual if you want it to work. You will need to know the factory code though or if the previous owner put a code in. If you do not know the code or ask your dealer because if the radio locks up you will not be able to use it.
