Well, I drilled out the rivetts on both sides. One rotor popped off no problem but the other one is killing me. I have drilled the entire rivette out (even into the spindel) and the rotor will not come off. 2 questions:
1. Did drilling into the spindle hurt anything?
2. How can I get this crazy thing off? I have tried tapping it, spraying it with lube, only thing I have not tried is heat. If I put heat on it will I have to rebuild the bearings?

I don't know which is worse rear brakes or replacing the heater core.

Thanks for the help,
Clint

i'm pretty sure i had to use heat. could try to let it soak in wd-40 over night. just periodically check up on it and respray it. might work.

no i just heated up the rim and started hitting it with a hammer. after a while it finally broke loose. just be careful not to overheat it. thats when you start doin damage.
