I have an annoying rattle on the rear hatch of my 94 coupe. The hatch has a nice tight seal when closing it, but I get this rattle when running over rough pavement. Just wondered if there is any kink of adjustment that can be made, or something you can shim, to stop the rattle. Thanks guys....and gals;help

If this happens when you have the rear curtain closed, I've found a couple of plastic parts from Mid America...these are brackets that the curtain hooks into when closed, really help quite the back rattleing....
Maybe this could help you???
Hope I explained it correctly..

Many times it isn't the hatch, but the big plastic part that goes from one side of the car to the other, in the very rear of the cargo area (the part that has the slit cut into it for the roof top lock, while it is in storage back there) If this is confusing, I just can't come up with a better way to describe it, and I could take a picture.

BUT usually, the plastic breaks around the screws holding it down. check that out first. You can add dynamat of the like to the back of it, to help the rattles, and also check the area where the part meets any other plastic or other parts.
