As you all know I am new to the Corvette. I have a 74 coupe and was about to repalce the rear view mirror. I come to find out that the 1974 mirror attaches to the windsheild molding. The mirror in my car is glued to the windsheild. I can purchase a correct mirror and it seems that all the brackets are still in place to receive the mirror. Does anyone know how to remove the glued bracket from the window? Can I buy a solvent to remove it??
