I have a 74 BB 4spd.coupe, did all have the vent in the rear deck behind window? my are not there, looks like they were molded in the body, but were never cut if you look from under side.
Also are all these cars Stingrays or is is an option?
I am almost done striping the car to repaint. The car was brown w/silver int. is this an odd combination ? Think I will be painting PPG Candy Indy Green over Gold base, may add some green ghost flames.with saddle (tan) int.

I think this is a lucky car because the serial # is 420777. Three 7's very good luck. not bad for my first vette I think.
Car has 45k miles on it has been sitting in a shed for atleast 10yrs or longer, when I picked it up, it had an 1/8 in of dust on it, an a pile of Coon crap on the floor. Body on this car is excellent, car was painted and never put back together.
THANKS KIAL

The vents were part of the Astroventulation system. But on A/C cars they were not operational. But all cars had the grills. Sounds like someone glassed them over.

All '74 Vettes were Stingrays. The Stingray name was standard, it was not an option package or anything like that.

thanks, yes the car has A/C . they must have filled them when they repainted the car.
