I need to replace some heater/airconditioning duck work and must remove the pasenger side air bag, Questilon is, what proceedure do I do other than remove the fuse or disconnect the ground cable to the battery.

I don't have all the details, but I know you must disconnect the battery AND wait a while before removal. There is power stored to make sure the bag will go off in the event of a crash that kills power to the bag.

With the key off, remove the fuse AIR BAG from the fuse block. On 1993 and earlier, wait 10 minutes as there is sufficient stored power to deploy the air bag. On 1994 and later you only need to wait 2 minutes. Then disconnect the airbag.
Note: If you apply power to the system before all components are connected, you may set a diagnostic trouble code.

This from my 1996 service manual.

Hope this helps.
