I'm in the process of having my 77 vette painted. I have the doors off, as well as the lower hinges. Is there an easier way to remove the upper hinges than to remove right and left lower dash pads?

Mike

Nope, thats the only way to get them off.I usually leave them unless I plan to do the interior also.BTW where is Kings Bay?

Thanks for the help. I'm taking them off so that I can blast them and change the bushings before they're repainted and re-installed.

King's Bay is the Navy Submarine Base here in St Marys and Kingsland, GA. Right where GA and FL meet, on the ocean. We are almost exactly between Brunswick, GA and Jacksonville, FL (30 min from each)

Mike

Sounds like your doing it right. Its alot easier replacing those bushings and pins off the car.

I like the Brunswick area.I went to a corvette show a few years ago on Jeckyl Island, had a good time.
