Replacement Speakers

Has anyone replaced there non bose speakers? I have a 96 LT4 with a non bose system and I'm planning on replacing the stock audio system this winter. Having problems finding speakers that will work and for that matter someone knowledgeable enough to tell me what will fit. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't recall what fits a non-Bose system, but go to Crutchfield's website or call them. They are fairly knowledgeable and professional.
