Have any of you folks changed your stock steering wheel ? I have a burr in my boot to get a wood and shale cover & leather steering wheel. So far I have prices from $1275.00 down to a Texas company that say they can do it in two weeks @ 495.00

You all have had the mod bug bite, so I'm still plumbing the waters for any companies that do C5 steering wheels. Do any of you know how this is done ? The Texas company needs the original wheel and the car isn't useable for two weeks ?

I don't why every thing I decide to do winds up so complicated. But this time I'm going to let my Corvette shop, wwwcountycorvette.com do the hunting and gathering on this job. :eyerole

I have an aftermarket wood steering wheel on mine. It's and APSIS and I think you already know how that turned out.....

Good luck with yours.
