did the corvette america black dye on the dash pads and it's a little bit rough but not bad enough to redo...any suggestions aside from stripping and redoing?...was considering 0000 steel wool and armourall, or 1500 grit sandpaper...was hoping someone might know of a mild thinner that might smooth it out, but not strip it down to the primer...thanks for any tips...
