Resetting Keyless Entry Remote

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the forum so bare with me, I am the proud owner of a 2000 Navy Blue Coupe and I LOVE IT ! I'm having what is hopefully a minor problem with my Keyless Entry Remote, It seems as though the alarm resets itself and I have to keep programming it, I've done what the book says and it doesn't help, most of the time I have to use the key. How uncool:Roll How do I fix this ? What am I doing wrong? :confused HELP ! Has this been a problem for anyone else ?

Start by replacing the battery on the remote. If it still keeps doing this, you'll need professional assistance. . . . because something is wrong. . .
