Resizing Wheels

Does anyone know of a machine shop that will resize (widen or narrow) wheels. There used to be a shop locally but they have gone out of business. I just put a set of chrome C6 wheels on my 03 and would like to do the same on my 63. The narrowest size available is 8.5". I need them cut to 7".
