Ok, the short version... I took my 07 Z06 in to the dealership to have it aligned. They told me the nose is riding too low, so they replaced the spring under warranty. Sofar so good. The car looks pitched up now. I put it on a drive-on 4 post lift to inspect the work. I measured the trim height (ride height) according to the service manual. Now it's too high(?) So I backed the adjusters all the way in, and it's still too high on the passenger side. It's about 44mm now. So I adjusted the driver side to match, which was about 20 turns out. Now I'm concerned that the cross weights are screwed up. Aargh!

The rear spring adjusters are even side to side, and it's trim high is correct. I want my old front spring back!

What could cause the new spring to have too much trim hight on the passenger side? Are there shims somewhere? Could they have screwed up and put a base vette spring in? Would it do that? I really don't want to let the dealership touch my car anymore.

I'd get the spring code or PN off the new spring and verify they installed the correct part.

Something is very wrong is you have the driver side spring screw turned 20 turns farther out than the pass. side.I'd take the car back to the dealer. Show them your measurements then ask them to solve the problem....maybe reinstall the spring they took out. Then use the spring screws to raise the front end a bit.

Thanks, I was hoping for the easy answer that wasn't take it back to the dealer. In my original post I meant to write 20 quarter turns, that's 4-5 full turns of the adjuster or ~8-10mm ride height. I suspect the spring wasn't installed correctly, I'm thinking if I put it back on the 4post lift and loosen all 4 mounting bolts, the spring will find it's seat. Anyone tried this? Will I totally screw it up?

After working on springs and/or height adjusters, doesn't it take some time for everything to settle to the final height?
