I would like to know how big of a rim I can put on my 72, it currently has 15/225. I raised Rear end and car has about 3''s of wheel wall clearance and front about 2''s. Any help appreciated, Bob.

I've personally run 245/45/16s without any issues. Adding a VBP rear monosping and a HD front sway bar works great with the tire combo. C3s respond very well to stiffer springs and lower profile tires.

I've seen some Vettes with 235/40/17s as well. I think the 16" wheels look the best though.

IMHO, The 17" wheels don't have look like they have enough tire on them.

Good luck and post pics!
