Roof Panel Repair. 1988 coupe

Hi Guys, Can anyone tell me how to seperate a roof panel from the frame? I have 2 damaged ones ones that together can make one good one. Or is this something best left alone and just replaced? Your experience is appreciared.

Was wondering the same thing myself. My headliner is starting to bubble and I'd like to do a complete refurb if the thing actually comes apart fairly easily.
