The handle on the glass roof panel on the driver side does not tighten very well and rattles some. Does anyone know how to repair that?

Hi there,
There are 2 10mm bolts that hold the striker to the top of the windshield frame.
You must loosen those, and move the striker down, to stop the noise.
Also beware of too much tension on the top.

Do you mean you should NOT tighten the fasteners very hard?

It's a pretty short handle ratchet, so I always sock it up pretty tight. Also I have the solid roof, not one of the see thru options. Does that make a difference on how tight you go?

When you say "2 10mm bolts that hold the striker, is the striker part of the roof panel or part of the top of the windshield? I cannot go look at the car right now.
