Car starts great cold or if it's been off less than an hour. In a warm state it sputters, cranks rough or not at all (like it's flooded). If it cranks rough, I can generally get it going by revving the engine a bit before driving off to warm it back up. Is this a fuel sensor or something?

A chance you may have some leaking injectors.

Run the fuel pressure tests in the Factory Service Manual. That will give you a good idea if they are bad or not.

Check your fuel pressure regulator as well, mine leaked causing the very same issue.
