'Route 66: Season One, Volume One' The Road Trip Begins...

And here I always thought the Route 66 'Vette was red. :upthumbs

Jason

I thought that I remembered it as a white car, but it's been so long!

Wasn't the show in black and white? How would one know what the color was if it was in black and white? :confused

Aw come on Patrick, you had to use your imagination to see the colors! They could be whatever you wanted them to be!

Which explains the confusion. :chuckle

Since I saw the 1963 convertibles (there were 2) in St Louis when Route 66 was filming there (I was on one show), they were beige. I didn't see the 1962, but the one on exhibit in the NCM is also beige; I saw it last June on the way to Cleveland for Cruise Fest.

Absolutely they were that copper/beige metallic from 1962....I saw them when I was a little kid.
