Rubber or Poly bushings

Rubber or poly control arm and trailing bushings. Please give me your opinions if you have used both and compared.

I used the poly once. Even with the silicone lube, the stiffness and constant squeaking caused me to sell the car. Never again. I want to enjoy my cars ride.
 
I agree. I only have poly bushings in my adjustable strut rods, and the strut rod vendor recommends reinforcing the GM welds on the differential mounting bracket - due to the high shear stress transmitted through the poly bushings. I reinforced the welds before installing. I love the adjustable strut rods.
 
Thanks for the heads-up on the GM weld on the rear strut rod mount bracket. I have a set in my '65, rear settings haven't changed in 3 yrs.
