Went to fire up the 88 Callaway today, first time in almost a year and it let me know right away that it does not like being dormant for so long. The lifter evidently bled down, and you should have heard the racket. This is a reminder that these puppies need to be driven every now and then or at least fired up. FYI if you ever experience lifter cladder after a long period of storage, allow the engine to idle for about 20 minutes or until the lifter stops ticking, don't rev the engine or go for a ride under those conditions. I let mine Idle for about 30 minutes and she's happy again. Need to take her for a spin later today. So I can wear one of these all week --->
