Rusted Body Mount Bolts...Help!!!

Im looking to change the body mounts on my 80' 'vette but some the bolts seem to be very rusted, i managed to snap the front 2 bolts but was able to get them out because sufficient thread was left at the top to pull them out. However it seem it wont be able to do this wit the the other mounts? any suggestions/ tips?? also would like to know what is required to be removed to gain access to the two middle body mounts. thanks

There are access doors, held on by four screws in the wheelwell....they're in front of each rear wheel.

I tried all the spray looseners, etc. It finally came down to heat on a few of them. Also, in a couple of cases, I just spun them until the bolts broke.

If you use a torch, be sure to:
- have a fire extinguisher at the ready
- have wet rags at the ready
- ask an experienced torch man to take car of the #3 position (in the compartment mentioned above). It's such a tight area that you could easily start a fire.
